DMT/Somatics Group Process

How does movement nourish? How can movement cultivate resilience? How do we express emotions longing to be known? How can the warmth of our bones and the softness of our tissues serve as the source of wisdom?  This is an invitation to explore DMT (Dance/Movement Therapy) and somatics in a group therapy process.

What To Expect:

This is a 4-week group process that steps beyond traditional talk therapy. We explore our narratives through mindfully led somatic and dance/movement therapy practices as a way to explore personal themes through the expressive arts. It is a way to share our stories, embrace our challenges, and feel held by the collective. New to this idea of group process? Learn more here.
