This workshop is all about expressing your most succulent self through basic belly dance technique adapted for an energizing and sassy workout. We will explore core strengthening and cardio through wild shimmies and hip and glute isolations. We will gracefully tone arms and upper body through silk-veils. Finally we will melt into gooey waves and spirals designed to calm the nervous system and connect to feminine strength and sensuality.
*This class is open to all genders and expressions and fitness level. All props (hip scarves and silk-veils) are provided.
